Secretariat

The purpose of the Secretariat is to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Trust Fund. The primary role and priority of the Secretariat is to support the work of the Executive Committee, to which it reports and is accountable.

The Secretariat is administered by the Manager for the benefit of the Trust Fund. The Secretariat also liaises with the Project Financiers Group and the African Partners.
