Executive Committee

The Trust Fund Executive Committee is the governing body of the Trust Fund.

It is responsible for examining and approving Grant Operations, ensuring that all terms and conditions of the Agreement and of the financing by the Financiers are met, reviewing the effectiveness of the activities financed and ensuring their visibility, approving the Annual Reports, making decisions on the potential expansion of the pool of Donors and Financiers outside the EU Member-States. The Executive Committee is assisted by a permanent Secretariat, established within the EIB.
